Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, requests, and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, technical, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Prepare and share client reports, presentations, and documentation.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and escalate issues where required.
Support account managers in handling renewals, upselling, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and databases.
Organize client meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
