-Serves as the primary contact with clients, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
-Oversees and interpretes projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
-Ensure services meet quality standards and gather client feedback for improvements.
-Assist with quotes, contracts, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
-Handle client concerns efficiently
-Maintain client records, track project progress, and generate reports.
-Relay client needs, updates, and concerns to the Client Manager.
-Report unresolved client issues to the Client Manager for higher-level intervention.
