Client Communication
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for creative, content, and media teams.
Project Coordination
- Track progress of digital campaigns including social media, influencer collaborations, paid media, and content production.
- Maintain timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and media planners to ensure alignment.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with clients.
- Document client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented accurately.
- Maintain records of contracts, scopes of work, and billing schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
