Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Handle calls and emails regarding inquiries, updates, or issues.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Quotation & Documentation
Prepare and send quotations or proposals to clients.
Follow up for approvals, payments, and order confirmations.
Maintain proper records of communication, quotations, and invoices.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work with sales, technical, and installation teams to schedule site visits or product setups.
Ensure timely installation, delivery, or service execution.
Track project progress and share updates with clients.
After-Sales Support
Handle client feedback or complaints.
Coordinate for maintenance or service visits (if applicable).
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
