Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Client Coordinator to join our team at TBM. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand client needs, expectations, and goals, and effectively communicate them to the internal team. Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and deadlines. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets and ensure timely invoicing.

Proposal Development:

Assist in the development of creative and persuasive proposals for new business opportunities. Conduct market research and gather relevant information to support proposal development. Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Client Meetings and Travel:

Accompany team members to client meetings, taking detailed notes and action items. Prepare for client meetings by gathering necessary materials and information. Be willing to travel domestically for client meetings and conferences.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage client documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project files. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing client databases.

Required Qualifications:



Knowledge in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an advertising agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel domestically.

Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies. Experience in client relationship management software (e.g., CRM).
