Acts as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns to build strong relationships.
Client Onboarding:
Guides new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborates with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical teams) to ensure that client requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Account Management:
Monitors client accounts, tracks project progress, and maintains up-to-date client records, including contact details and specific requirements.
Problem Resolution:
Investigates and resolves client issues and complaints, ensuring a positive client experience even when faced with challenges.
Reporting & Feedback:
Compiles reports on client activities, service performance, and feedback for senior management, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and growth.
