Key Responsibilities -
Maintaining direct communication between the company and clients.
Ensure the smooth flow of project operations.
Meeting the clients' specifications.
Manage team's daily workflow to meet deadlines.
Maintain confidential details.
Manage day to day office operations.
Answering questions or resolving specific complaints of clients.
Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.
Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
Screen feedback and requests from clients to provide solutions.
Escalate complaints to relevant team members.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Process feedback from the client.
Resolving technical issues.
Should have a tech background and should be able to understand the technical stuff
Should be able to travel nationally and internationally
minimum 1 year of experience in IT services and client coordinator
