We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

Client Coordinator

to join our team in

Gurugram

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a reliable point of contact between the client and internal teams. The role requires someone who is well-presented, articulate, and confident in handling face-to-face and remote communications.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Coordinate and schedule regular

client meetings and site visits

. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Liaise with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.

Prepare and share reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.

Manage client expectations effectively and handle escalations where necessary. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.

Key Requirements:



2-3 years of proven experience in client coordination or client servicing

roles. Strong

client interaction skills

with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Well-presented

and confident personality with

excellent convincing skills

. Must be comfortable conducting

client visits and meetings

in person.

Excellent command over Microsoft Excel

(data handling, reporting, etc.). Strong verbal and written

communication skills in English and Hindi

. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

Male candidates preferred

due to the nature of the role (travel and field visits).

Timing:

9:30 AM - 6:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
