Job Description

Primary Communication Bridge:



Serve as the

main point of contact

between the manager and clients, ensuring clarity and consistency in all communications.

Translate client requirements into clear instructions for the manager and internal teams, avoiding misunderstandings.

Ensure that all client queries, updates, and feedback are

acknowledged promptly

and handled in a structured manner.

Proactive Follow-ups and Task Tracking:



Monitor deadlines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure nothing is delayed.

Proactively remind both manager and client of pending actions without creating pressure or confusion.

Maintain a priority-based task list to address urgent client needs efficiently.

Efficient Scheduling and Coordination:



Schedule meetings, calls, or discussions in a way that optimizes both client and manager time.

Prepare agendas, briefing notes, or summaries to ensure discussions are focused and productive.

Coordinate internally with relevant teams (operations, sales) to align client requirements with deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain records of client details, diet/exercise plans, progress metrics, and communication history.

Generate reports on client progress, pending tasks, or program effectiveness for managerial review.

Track renewals, program updates, or new client onboarding efficiently.

Program Coordination & Tracking:



Coordinate with nutritionists to assign personalized diet or workout plans to clients.

Track client progress (weight, measurements, feedback) and update reports for the manager.

Ensure clients are following the assigned program and provide reminders or follow-ups as needed.

Scheduling & Appointment Management:



Schedule consultations, check-ins, follow-up sessions, or workshops between clients and managers.

Prepare necessary documents, progress summaries, or meal/exercise plans before each session.

Optimize scheduling to save time for both clients and the management team.

Client Satisfaction & Retention Support:



Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted point of contact to make clients feel supported and confident in the program.

Gather client feedback and share insights with the manager to improve services.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement:



Collect client feedback on programs and coordination processes.

Identify recurring issues in client management and propose practical solutions.

Suggest ways to improve delivery of meal plans, supplements, or progress tracking to

save time for clients and the team

.

Required Qualifications:



Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
Fresher or Experienced

Professional Traits Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality of client information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
