Job Description

Key Responsibilities



- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams

- Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, follow-ups and documentation

- Coordinate internal meetings, track deliverables and ensure timely submission of project outputs

- Prepare, maintain and circulate project presentations, schedules, MOMs, trackers and progress reports

- Assist in proposals and pitch decks

- Collaborate with design, content and technical teams to ensure clarity in client requirements

- Maintain organised records of communication, files and project documentation

- Handle basic admin tasks related to project execution (emails, calls, scheduling and coordination)

Required Skills & Qualifications



- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, MS Word, Excel and basic documentation AI tools

- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach

- A positive, client-friendly attitude with the ability to maintain clarity under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,116.11 - ?25,000.00 per month
