Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.

Maintain client records, documentation, and follow-up regularly.
Handle client queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings, calls, and update clients regarding project progress.
Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing / coordination / admin role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
