The Client Coordinator is the brand's first point of contact, a bridge between the client and the creative house. This individual manages client communications with warmth, intelligence, and precision, ensuring that every interaction reflects the grace and professionalism of the Osman Abdul Razak experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle
calls, WhatsApp, and email correspondence
, maintaining clear and prompt communication.
? Serve as the
backbone of client relations
, facilitating smooth exchanges between clients, stylists, and production teams.
? Lead
lead generation and follow-up
, nurturing enquiries into meaningful relationships.
? Maintain an updated, intelligent
client database
with segmentation by city, category (ceremonial, everyday, etc.), and order type.
? Work with the marketing and content teams to identify
conversion strategies
: turning everyday clients into ceremonial patrons through targeted communication.
? Support in
social media response management
, ensuring all inbound queries are directed and addressed efficiently.
? Contribute to the development of
client funnels
and engagement reports, using insights to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
? 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or hospitality.
? Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
? Ability to multitask and maintain grace under pressure.
? Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand tone and presentation.
? Knowledge of CRM systems or customer management tools is an advantage.
