Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Client Coordinator
to join our team. This role requires an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate between clients and our internal team to ensure smooth communication, proper understanding of requirements, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements clearly and communicate them effectively to the team.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Observe, document, and follow up on tasks and project updates.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Support the team in planning and organizing deliverables.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Deep observation and strong understanding skills.
Ability to multitask and handle client interactions confidently.
Knowledge in design (UI/UX/graphics) will be an added advantage.
Female candidates are preferred; however, male candidates with the required skills are also encouraged to apply.
Must be willing to relocate nearby to the office location (Aminjikarai, Chennai).
