About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Client coordination & call management:
1. Schedule and organize client calls for the sales team
2. Act as the point of contact between clients and the company
3. Follow up on scheduled appointments and manage reminders
B. Lead calling & engagement:
1. Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases
2. Explain services, clarify doubts, and arrange calls with the sales team
3. Maintain accurate lead tracking in Google Sheets
C. Sales assistance:
1. Promote specific products like life and health insurance
2. Assist potential clients in downloading and setting up mobile applications
D. Documentation & reporting:
1. Record client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in Google Sheets
2. Prepare daily and weekly reports of engagement
E. Process improvement:
1. Provide insights to improve coordination efficiency
2. Explore creative ways to enhance client engagement strategies
