Role & Impact
As the Client & Expert Coordination Intern, you will be a linchpin in ensuring that the excellent service ILT is known for is delivered smoothly. You'll help maintain seamless communication, scheduling, and follow-ups--your work will directly impact student satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Be the
first point of contact (POC)
for prospective students: respond to new enquiries, assist in closing leads, or when required, escalate to the admin or founder.
Manage WhatsApp communication across two shifts (morning/early, evening/late) -- 6 AM to 11 PM -- ensuring timely responses.
Coordinate between students/clients and expert trainers (via WhatsApp): schedule classes, reschedule / adjust timings, manage availability.
Maintain the
expert schedule calendar
: ensure no overlap in expert assignments, track expert availability, update in real time.
Manage Zoom IDs (or other virtual class meeting links) for each expert; ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
Ensure experts join their classes on time; follow up / remind as needed.
Collect feedback from students
after the first class
, and then on a
monthly basis
; compile, share with management for quality assessment.
Handle "out-of-scope" queries: redirect to admin / founder so that communications stay on brand and scope.
Ensure privacy protocols: no personal contact details (phone, email, social media) are exchanged improperly between experts and clients.
Follow up on leads / enquiries to ensure potential students are converted where possible.
Serve as an intermediary: resolve small issues or misunderstandings between expert & student.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written + verbal) in English; any knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
High attention to detail; reliable & disciplined with schedules and administrative tasks.
Comfortable with remote tools: WhatsApp, Zoom, Google / any calendar systems (e.g. Google Calendar).
Time-management: ability to juggle multiple tasks (scheduling, follow-ups, feedback) under flexible work hours.
Proactive, responsive, customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in shifts and ensure coverage during the 6 AM - 11 PM window.
