About the Role
PCS Global Group is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations & Automation Executive to support logistics, accounts, and administrative workflows while ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and documentation effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely communication and task completion.
Draft, review, and send professional emails to clients and assist in client interactions over calls.
Assist in managing invoices, arrears tracking, documentation, and reporting for logistics and accounts workflows.
Support administrative processes by tracking tasks and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Identify gaps, data mismatches, or process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly to enhance operational efficiency.
Handle sensitive data with confidentiality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Support problem-solving efforts and follow up with clients and team members as needed.
