Client Coordination Associate - Calling (Female)
to support our sales and client engagement activities.
Job Overview
The Client Coordination Associate will be responsible for handling
outbound and inbound calls
, coordinating with prospective and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting lead conversion activities. This is
role
suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are confident in communication and client handling.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Lead Coordination
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
Handle inbound calls from existing and potential clients professionally.
Understand client requirements and share appropriate service information.
Follow up on leads and maintain proper communication records.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Follow-ups & Appointment Scheduling
Schedule appointments for the sales/field team with interested clients.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly calling targets.
Client Relationship & Support
Maintain and update client details accurately in records/CRM.
Address basic client queries and escalate concerns when required.
Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Collect client feedback and share insights with the management team.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain call logs and follow-up records.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for improved outreach.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
Any graduate (sales, marketing, or business background preferred).
Civil Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
0-2 years
in telecalling, client coordination, sales support, or similar roles.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
Languages: Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory).
Clear communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to work towards targets.
Self-motivated and professional attitude.
