Role Description:

This is a

full-time, on-site role

based in Pune.
As a

Client Conversion cum Coordination Executive/Manager

, you will be responsible for converting potential clients into confirmed customers and managing their experience throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll interact closely with clients to understand their requirements, communicate our services, address queries, and ensure seamless coordination between design, execution, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly growth and conversion targets. Manage inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and ensure successful client conversion. Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM systems for effective lead management. Prepare regular sales reports and track business growth metrics. Represent Shubhchintan professionally in meetings with clients in Pune and other cities. Communicate company vision and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and coordination abilities. Goal-driven and able to achieve monthly targets. Passionate about premium, luxury, and lifestyle design. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.

Must possess a two-wheeler and valid license

for local client meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing)

preferred. Minimum

2 years of experience

in client coordination, sales, or business development within interior design, architecture, or service industries.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Primary Location:

Shivajinagar, Pune

Willingness to Travel:

Up to 25% (Preferred)
