The

Client Intake Coordinator

will serve as the

first touchpoint for individuals connecting with Mibo

, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. This role involves engaging with clients through calls or online enquiries, actively listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and thoughtfully guiding them to the right clinician or service within Mibo's care network. The ideal candidate brings empathy, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational ability to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and seamlessly connected to the care they deserve.
