Position Overview:

As a

Client Care Executive

, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their fitness journey while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. This is a client-facing role that calls for strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with members to promote satisfaction and long-term engagement. Serve as the go-to contact for client questions, concerns, and service-related needs. Coordinate with trainers and team leads to ensure sessions run smoothly and client needs are addressed. Maintain accurate client records and manage schedules effectively. Keep clients informed about upcoming sessions, events, and promotions. Guide members through subscription renewals and updates. Support the studio team by collaborating on daily operations and client experiences. This is an on-site role based at our Guwahati studio.

Candidate Profile:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar client-facing roles. Strong verbal communication skills in English, Assamese and Hindi Confident handling calls and in-person interactions in a professional manner. A team player with a cheerful and proactive approach. Passion for health, wellness, and customer care. Seeking candidates who want to grow long-term with a fast-evolving organization.

Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000 per month
