Job Responsibilities :-

Talent Acquisition :- Formulation of JD, Sourcing candidates, interview coordination, first level negotiation

HR Operations & Employee Relations :- Joining, induction, exit, sharing data and reports as required, PF documentation, handling insurance, HRIS handling, Employee Life cycle management, handling employee grievances

Employee Engagement & Events :- Employee connect & feedback, coordination of events, L&D activities & engagement activities

Candidate Profile :

- Should be full time MBA/PGDM, with specialization in HR or equivalent

- Should have considerable skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Should have Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills and be a team player.

- Should be a self-starter; focused and driven to succeed; result orientated.

- Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations
