Location: Lucknow (Hybrid - Office & Remote)

Compensation: ₹20,000/month (based on experience & education)

At Happy Miles, we help individuals, families, corporates, and HNIs fly Business Class for less than half the price by maximizing the value of their credit card reward points and airline miles. We manage everything from credit card strategy and loyalty redemptions to international bookings, visas, insurance, and concierge-level travel planning.

We're building India's first premium points-to-travel consultancy and are looking for a dynamic Client Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Client Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and prospects. Your role will focus on building relationships, supporting clients through onboarding, managing their accounts, and ensuring they get the most value from their Happy Miles membership.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and excited to work in the fast-growing travel-tech and loyalty consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for clients - guiding them through onboarding, forms, and membership benefits.

Handle client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a professional, timely manner.

Assist in credit card and loyalty program data entry, account management, and redemption requests.

Work closely with senior consultants to analyze client spending patterns and recommend optimal points/miles strategies.

Stay updated with the latest travel news, loyalty program updates, and offers to share with clients.

Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, and travel insurance requests with relevant internal teams.

Maintain records in CRM / client management systems and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Support in client presentations, newsletters, and marketing activities as required.

Provide a seamless, concierge-like experience to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Travel, Business, or related fields preferred).

Freshers welcome; 1-2 years of client servicing, travel, or consulting experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills (English and Hindi essential).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, and basic reporting.

Passion for travel, aviation, and loyalty programs is highly desirable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.
