Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage clients with warmth and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations on memberships, services, and programs.
Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding to follow-up.
Drive sales through consultative conversations and relationship-building.
Assist in organizing and supporting exclusive events or client experiences.
Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest service standards aligned with the luxury brand identity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience:
