Job Title: Client Advisor

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives

- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities

2. Communication and Support:

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients

- Provide timely and effective support to clients

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products

3. Presentation and Proposal Preparation:

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients

- Develop and maintain client-facing documents and materials

4. Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly

- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or management as needed

5. Revenue Growth:

- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

- Develop and implement strategies to increase client value and revenue

6. Industry Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities

- Leverage industry insights to provide valuable advice and solutions to clients

7. Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services or products

- Share client feedback and insights with relevant teams to improve services and products

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in recruitment consultancy or a similar industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide tailored solutions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar industry

- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities

- Strong network and relationships with clients and potential clients

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
