Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Client Acquisition Executive
to join our growing recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients and building business relationships, especially in the
UK recruitment market
. This is a target-driven role focused on expanding our client base and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for new client acquisition through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients, primarily in the UK market
Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Negotiate terms of business and close client agreements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
Key Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client acquisition or business development in a recruitment/staffing firm
Strong understanding of recruitment services and delivery models
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet business development targets
Experience working with international clients, preferably in the UK
