The Client Acquisition Specialist (Inside Sales) should
1. Effectively engage with senior management professionals and organizational decision-makers, persuading them to make informed and timely decisions.
2. Achieve a high lead-to-business conversion rate (Leads are generated through paid advertisements on LinkedIn and Facebook),
3. Generate corporate nominations using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and convert them into business.
Responsibilities Include
:
1. Initiate Contact with Decision Makers in businesses/organizations for Nomination using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Qualify inquiries received from paid advertisements through Facebook/LinkedIn.
3. Initiate contact with prospects who attended the webinar/cold leads from previous campaigns to introduce the program.
4. Explain program benefits and USP to prospects interested in the program.
5. Schedule Consultation sessions with the Executive Coach and ensure the prospect shows up for the consultation or reschedule the appointment.
6. Post consultation with the executive coach, follow up with opportunities to close deals.
7. Coordinate with sponsors and organizational decision-makers for nominations and approvals.
8. Identify potential issues in closing the deal and take the necessary steps to get approval.
9. Persuade executives to make timely decisions to complete payment.
10. Meet the lead conversion target requirement.
Compensation Range
: Fixed ?20K to 25K + Performance-Based Incentive 25K to 35K per month. Total Annual Package 6L/Annum to 7.8L/Annum.
Eligibility
*: Hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of business development experience, preferably including B2B sales/business development experience.
