Role Overview

You'll be responsible for

brand and agency outreach

,

closing new clients

, and

building long-term relationships

that drive revenue.

-- and know how to connect them for business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, reach out to, and onboard

brands, agencies, and startups

for meme & viral marketing campaigns. Understand client needs and pitch customized campaign plans aligned with their goals. Build and manage a strong pipeline through CRM / outreach tools. Negotiate and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with the strategy and content team to create proposals that convert. Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsells. Stay updated with digital marketing, influencer, and pop culture trends to pitch smarter.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in

sales, BD, or client servicing

(agency / influencer / digital / OTT background preferred). A people person -- confident in communication, both written and verbal. Someone who understands internet culture -- memes, reels, and trends aren't foreign words. Hustler mindset -- proactive, persistent, and not afraid to chase targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. Bonus: Experience in closing deals with brands directly.
