About the Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic
Business Development Executive
with proven experience in the
manpower solutions industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients requiring
manpower, staffing, or workforce outsourcing services
.
Develop and execute
strategic sales plans
to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers
across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, IT, and more.
Deliver impactful client presentations, manage negotiations, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
to stay competitive.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
(MBA preferred).
1-2 years of proven experience
in business development/sales within staffing, recruitment, or workforce outsourcing.
Strong knowledge of
manpower industry practices
: contract staffing, temporary hiring, or third-party payroll services.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in
CRM tools and MS Office Suite
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
