The Staffing Sales/ Business development Manager is responsible for acquiring and servicing accounts in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales/staffing background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
u Acquire and service customer accounts in the assigned territory
u Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory
u Act as a liaison between clients and recruiting delivery team, and maintain positive customer relations
u Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business
u Work to assure mutual goal setting and achievement standards with the agency projects concerned professional attitude, and appearance toward agency staff, referral sources, candidates, and the general public
u Participate in the agency's performance/quality improvement program
u Attain goals as outlined in the annual performance evaluation
u Provide knowledge, education, and in-services when necessary
u Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management
Skills and qualifications:
u Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
u Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in staffing, sales or account management
u Knowledge of the staffing industry
u Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
