Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, digital campaigns, and Linkedin .
Handle end-to-end
B2C sales cycle
- from first contact to closing the deal
Pitch IT services to potential customers and explain solutions clearly
Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities
Required Skills & Proficiency
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Proven experience in
lead generation and IT sales
Good knowledge of
digital marketing channels
(social media, Google ads, email marketing, etc.)
Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling)
Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, etc.)
MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage
Experience Required:
1-4 years of experience in
