Connect with global clients via
phone calls and chat
to handle inquiries and provide support
Explain, present, and promote our
financial products and investment services
Maintain and update the
CRM system
with accurate client and lead information
Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent customer service
Achieve assigned
performance targets
related to client acquisition and service quality
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery
