Client Acquisition Manager
to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about healthcare, have a deep understanding of RCM processes, and excel at building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of RCM processes (billing, coding, claims, payer follow-up).
Sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
Networking ability with healthcare professionals.
Communication & presentation skills to pitch effectively.
Strategic thinking to position services against competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, physician groups, labs, etc.) who may need RCM support.
Use networking, cold calling, referrals, conferences, and digital channels to create a lead pipeline.
2. Market Research & Targeting
Analyze healthcare markets, competition, and industry trends.
Identify decision-makers (CFOs, practice managers, administrators, doctors).
3. Pitching & Solution Selling
Present RCM services (medical billing, coding, denial management, collections) to potential clients.
Showcase how the company can improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycles.
4. Relationship Building
Develop trust and long-term relationships with healthcare leaders.
Act as the bridge between the provider's needs and the company's solutions.
5. Proposal & Contract Closure
Draft customized proposals based on client size and specialty.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and sign service agreements.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work with operations, coding, and billing teams to ensure client requirements are understood.
Provide feedback to management on service gaps or opportunities.
7. Revenue Growth
Directly responsible for meeting sales targets and revenue goals by onboarding new clients.

Pay: ₹22,032.35 - ₹35,632.67 per month
