Role Overview



The Client Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by onboarding investors, generating high-quality leads, and building relationships with potential clients. This position focuses on identifying investment opportunities, pitching company offerings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for investors.

Key Responsibilities



Investor Onboarding

Identify and approach potential investors aligned with the company's objectives. Present and explain the company's investment opportunities, projects, and returns. Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Address queries and provide solutions to investor concerns promptly.

Lead Generation and Management

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for investor profiles through various channels. Build a database of high-potential prospects and maintain strong follow-up practices. Utilize networking, digital platforms, and events to reach potential investors.

Client Relationship Building

Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat investments. Act as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities. Provide insights to improve client acquisition strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and investor feedback for management review.

Qualifications and Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

Proven track record of 2-5 years in client acquisition, sales, or investor relations. Prior experience in a financial, investment, or real estate firm is an advantage.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to pitch investment opportunities convincingly. Expertise in lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis. High-level negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
