Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
o Identify and target new business opportunities across IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Engineering sectors.
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing solutions.
o Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Act as a trusted consultant to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
o Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
Revenue Generation:
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
o Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with clients.
o Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
o Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to guide sales strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
5-10 years
of experience in
client acquisition, key account management, or business development
within the HR, Staffing, or Consulting domain.
Experience in handling
corporate clients and large-scale recruitment projects
preferred.
