We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Client Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building meaningful client connections within the marketing and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify brands and businesses that align with our creative, marketing and digital expertise.
Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn and calls to initiate the first point of contact.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the internal team for presentations and pitches.
Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow and conversions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in client acquisition, business development or sales (preferably in marketing, branding or digital agencies).
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of how marketing and creative agencies operate.
Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
