We are looking for a dynamic

Client Acquisition & Growth Lead

to drive business expansion and revenue growth. The role involves planning sales strategies, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and building strong relationships to generate new opportunities. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and highly skilled at turning prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Sales Planning:



Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company growth targets. Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. Identify market opportunities and forecast trends to maximize growth.

2. Client Outreach & Lead Generation:



Actively reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, social media, and networking. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that attract, engage, and convert leads. Enhance company visibility and presence in target markets.

3. Market Research & Analysis:



Research market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs. Segment and prioritize potential clients for targeted outreach.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:



Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and sales performance. Recommend improvements to optimize client acquisition and sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in B2B sales or international markets. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Number of qualified leads generated. Conversion rate of leads into clients and opportunities. Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Success of outreach campaigns and client engagement metrics.
