Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
US staffing market
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain relationships with US clients, MSPs, and vendors
Conduct client discussions and presentations with
clear verbal communication
Draft professional emails, proposals, and documentation with
strong written communication
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams
Support rate negotiations and contract discussions
Maintain accurate sales and client records in CRM
Meet individual and team sales targets
Learn and stay updated on US staffing processes and market trends
