Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive with a go-getter attitude to drive our North American market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telesales, prospect research, competitor analysis, and preparing strategic reports. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about converting leads into long-term clients.

Market Research & Prospecting:

Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target clients through various channels.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads by identifying decision-makers within targeted companies and initiating the sales process.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs to tailor solutions and build trust.

Sales & Presentations:

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, product/service demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiation & Closure:

Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring alignment with company policies, and guiding the sales process to a successful closure.

Client Onboarding:

Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new clients to foster satisfaction and retention.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive client experience.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Sales & Marketing Acumen:

Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, understand sales processes, and use CRM systems.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

Strong analytical skills to track metrics, understand market trends, and devise effective strategies.

Initiative & Drive:

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines and goals.

Educational Background:

Often requires a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with relevant sales experience preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
