Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our growth-focused team. Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business leads through online research, networking, cold calling, emails, and social media channels.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their business model, market position, and technology requirements.
Present QuantumCrafters Studio's services and products confidently through persuasive pitches and personalized presentations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
Achieve and exceed assigned acquisition targets, regularly reporting progress to management.
Actively seek feedback from prospects and clients to refine acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably within IT services, SaaS products, or technology sectors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling objections professionally.
Passion for technology, specifically AI and digital transformation services.
