Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client communications.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Prior experience in telesales or customer support is a plus.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
Freshers are welcome with good communication and enthusiasm to learn.
