Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth, meet targets, and expand the company's client base.
- Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, client interactions, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with solar industry or renewable energy is a plus.
- Work Setup: Must have a dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connectivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team
- Strong self-motivation and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
