Role Overview
The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for BlueRays Mediaverse. This role requires someone proactive, organised, confident in communication, and deeply driven by targets. You will be directly involved in growing the agency's clientele across PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Branding, and Digital services.
Key Responsibilities
1.? ?Lead Sourcing & Prospecting
Identify potential clients across sectors through LinkedIn, Instagram, online listings, events, startup communities, and industry platforms.
Build and maintain a daily/weekly pipeline of qualified leads.
Research each prospect to understand their business, existing marketing gaps, and potential needs.
2.? ?Outreach & Relationship Building
Initiate conversations via LinkedIn DMs, emails, cold calls, and WhatsApp (where appropriate).
Introduce BlueRays Mediaverse's services with a customised, value-based approach.
Maintain warm relationships with prospects through follow-ups and consistent touchpoints.
Set up meetings/calls between the prospect and the founder/strategy team.
3.? ?Client Acquisition & Deal Closure
Present service offerings confidently and answer prospect queries.
Assist in preparing tailored proposals, decks, and quotations for prospects.
Support the founder in negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth conversion from lead ? client.
Maintain accurate tracking of lead status in CRM/sheet.
4.? ?Coordination & Handover
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, service explanation, and onboarding.
Ensure seamless handover after client confirmation.
5.? ?Reporting & Targets
Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads sourced, outreaches, responses, meetings, and closures.
Meet monthly acquisition targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualities

Experience Required
0.6-2 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in marketing/PR/digital advertising)
