Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Client Acquisition Executive - MBA Freshers

to join our Client Acquisition Team. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong corporate relationships, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with various organizations for long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in MBA - HR or Marketing and strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients across industries. Identify and approach potential corporate partners for collaboration opportunities. Conduct client requirement analysis and offer tailored solutions to meet business needs. Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and corporate clients. Plan and execute corporate outreach strategies to achieve business development targets. Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on client acquisition progress and pipeline to management.

Job Requirements:



MBA in Human Resources or Marketing. Freshers can apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Target-oriented with a passion for building long-term professional relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of corporate collaboration models and market dynamics. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships is a plus (not mandatory). Networking capability across industries. Strategic thinking with the ability to customize solutions for client needs.
