Job Summary:

As an Client Acquisition Manager in the e-commerce domain, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and impact full on-boarding experience. From configuring services to managing client expectations, youll guide clients through the on-boarding journey while aligning their goals with our offerings. In addition to managing on-boarding activities, you'll be responsible for driving service adoption, identifying revenue opportunities, and providing data driven insights for continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who can communicate with the US clients and is comfortable working with data, understands e-commerce processes, and can translate technical details into simple, client-friendly solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Welcome and onboard new clients, delivering a clear understanding of services offered and how they bring value. Collaborate with the internal Operations and Product teams to set up client accounts and customise on-boarding based on e-commerce needs. Understand and document client expectations, including Legal, Financial, and Compliance considerations. Work closely with our internal team to showcase early value to the client. Conduct weekly check-in calls with clients to track on-boarding progress and provide timely updates. Take complete accountability for on-boarding metrics and ensure high completion and satisfaction rates. Drive service and feature adoption through product education and tailored walk through. Analyse customer data and feedback to proactively address recurring challenges and streamline processes. Support revenue generation by identifying and converting up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and continuously improve the on-boarding experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within e-commerce Services. Prior experience with International or US clients. Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track on-boarding metrics, analyse client performance, and generate insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way. Confident in handling objections and taking full ownership of client relationships. Agile, solution-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities. A proactive attitude with a keen focus on delivering value and supporting client success.
Good to Have:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce) Basic knowledge of CRM or on-boarding automation tools Prior experience in a metrics/KPI-driven customer success environment

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
