About the Role


We are hiring a

Client Acquisition Executive

for a fast-expanding waste management company in Kochi. This is a field-focused role involving visits to offices, institutions, and commercial spaces to introduce and onboard them for regular waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and meet potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial buildings. Present waste management and recycling solutions to decision-makers and facility teams. Finalize service agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Build long-term relationships and support timely renewals. Achieve monthly acquisition goals and submit regular updates on field activities.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred). Good communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus. Willingness to travel across Kochi for client visits. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
