Role Overview



Orglinked is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Client Acquisition Executive

to expand our presence in the

UK market

. The role focuses on

cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into active HR/recruitment clients

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling UK clients and a strong understanding of HR and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, prospect, and acquire

new UK-based clients

for HR and recruitment services. Execute

cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups

to generate qualified leads. Build and maintain a robust

lead pipeline

with consistent tracking and reporting. Conduct initial discussions with UK clients to understand hiring requirements and business needs. Present Orglinked's HR and recruitment solutions clearly and professionally to prospective clients. Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement. Achieve assigned

monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

. Prepare and share regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications



MBA is mandatory

(MBA in HR preferred).

2-3 years of experience

in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the

HR/recruitment domain

. Proven experience handling

UK clients

and understanding UK business etiquette and hiring practices. Strong

cold calling and lead generation

skills. Excellent

spoken and written English communication

skills. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Prior experience in

international B2B sales or recruitment services

. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Comfortable working in UK time zone overlaps, if required.
