Identify and acquire potential clients by generating quality leads through referrals, digital platforms, field activities and professional networking.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present suitable financial products and services and successfully close onboarding processes.
Collaborate with branch teams and relationship managers to support and achieve client acquisition and business growth targets.
Assist clients with end-to-end account opening, KYC verification and completion of all required documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, MIS reports and acquisition progress tracking as per company standards.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements throughout the onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding, timely service delivery and post-acquisition support.
