Key Responsibilities:

Client Identification

: Research and identify potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our HR services.

Lead Generation

: Utilize various channels (networking, social media, industry events, etc.) to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Relationship Building

: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

Needs Assessment

: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, ensuring our services align with their goals.

Proposal Development

: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Sales Strategy

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve client acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Market Analysis

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align client acquisition efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.

Reporting

: Track and report on client acquisition metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
