Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads to contribute to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Service Associate:

Client Interaction

: Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns across various communication channels, providing accurate and effective resolutions.

Problem-Solving

: Use knowledge and resources to address issues and identify tailored solutions.

Needs Assessment

: Proactively identify client needs, opportunities for assessments, and offer relevant recommendations.

Collaboration

: Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to meet expectations.

Record Management

: Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records for smooth operations.

Relationship Building

: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring positive interactions and satisfaction.

Sales Focus

: Recognize sales opportunities, generate leads, and inform clients about new offerings or promotions.

Continuous Improvement

: Develop a robust knowledge base and take on additional responsibilities to support team goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
