Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure new business opportunities for our recruitment agency. You will be responsible for building a strong client pipeline, understanding the hiring needs of potential partners, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Managers, Hiring Managers, C-level executives). Conduct consultative meetings to understand clients' specific staffing needs and business challenges. Present our recruitment services as a tailored solution to meet their hiring goals. Negotiate service agreements and contracts to onboard new clients. Collaborate closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a smooth handover and successful service delivery. Track and report on all sales activities and pipeline progress. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build rapport and manage client relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
